Our Pool

The hotel was decorated so beautiful. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was great , the room was so pretty. Love the fireplace in the bedroom and the heated pool. I guess we loved everything. Can't wait to go back.

Very pleasant, attentive staff who went out of their way to delight us. Rooms are modern, very well equipped including a gas fireplace. Ours had a nice balcony with great views of the sunrise. Bar areas are well appointed and the drinks are generous.

The entire staff was friendly, warm, and caring. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't mind staying here and driving the 16 miles to Newport. It's THAT Good!

I cannot say enough about this hidden gem! It was the perfect escape! The owners have seriously thought of everything...EVERYTHING. The lobby, rooms, and restaurants are stylishly decorated - think New York chic blended with a comfortable beach house.

We stayed for the weekend for our anniversary. It was wonderful! The room was like being in your own beach cottage.....fire place, balcony, rain shower. The extras were top notch - Kuerig in the room, spa quality toiletries, cookies at night, Lindt truffles on the pillow.

This hotel is sublime! Every corner is beautiful. We stayed here for our wedding night and came back for our one-year anniversary. Elegant, luxurious, beautiful, romantic...you do not need to even leave! So much to do! I highly recommend this as a getaway for everyone! Worth every penny! Perfection!

What a gem! Every part of this hotel has been thought through with an attention to detail rarely seen in these parts. From the Usb outlets underneath the bar to the heated floors in the bathroom and the option for an in-room iPad for use during your stay (and Apple TV).

Needing a place to visit and catch up with friends from NYC, picked The Break figuring that RI was a decent 1/2 point. What a great decision! This has got to be one of the best finds. A boutique hotel, with gorgeous (and I mean 'gawgeous!!) water views from the 4th floor bar and lounge.

Wonderful experience. The break has a casual elegance that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The room was spotless, the pool refreshing, and the location perfect. There were small touches that we appreciated, such as having a cot ready in the room for our daughter without having to ask, and fresh baked cookies at check in. Very nice staff. My wife and in the past 2 weeks spent 2 nights each week at this exceptional property. We have stayed the hotel before and will again. Narragansett is a lovely area full of charm and great ocean vibes and the break is the full definition of this. Classy but not over the top. The staff is amazing n also invisible if you want them to be.

I highly recommend staying at The Break. It was perfectly located. Very comfortable. The pool and the area around the pool was beautiful. The restaurant on the 4th floors food was delicious with gorgeous view of the lighthouse and ocean. I hope I have chance to stay there again.

We had four suites for my son's wedding in late June, 2022. The hotel was more sophisticated than I expected for the Rhode Island coastline. Everything was superlative. All the the suites were bright, up to date, and most importantly , they were sparkling clean. And they were cleaned every day. The views of the ocean were spectacular.

All the great reviews are true! We had such a pleasant stay at The Break Hotel. Prior to arrival, the staff called to let me know that the restaurant would be close for dinner the day we arrived. They provided a list of nearby restaurants and apologized for the inconvenience.

I recently stayed at The Break Hotel and EVERYTHING was amazing! The rooftop overlooking the Atlantic was mesmerizing. The food- pork chop- so delicious! Plus the craft cocktails was such a bonus! I enjoyed the heated pool and renting the bicycle as well. 20 thumbs up!   Thanks for making my Rhode Island trip such a blessing!

My wife and I just got home from a Thanksgiving stay here. We were pleased with the room we had a ocean view deluxe room with a balcony. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. We got to use the nice gas fireplace in our room and they have many warm fires burning throughout the hotel, even one outside next to the heated pool....
